Terms of Service

GearUpBooking is an independent service that helps learner drivers find and book earlier driving-test appointments (cancellation slots) on the official DVSA system. We are not the DVSA and are not affiliated with the DVSA or HM Government.

You provide your details and preferences; our team searches for earlier test slots and, when one matching your preferences becomes available, books it for you on the DVSA system using your details.

Cancellation slots depend entirely on what the DVSA releases. We cannot guarantee that an earlier slot — or any specific date, time, or test centre — will become available. We agree to make reasonable efforts to find you a suitable slot.

You confirm that the details you give us (including your driving licence number and theory pass) are accurate and that you are entitled to book the test. You are responsible for attending your test and for meeting all DVSA requirements. You authorise us to use your details to book a test on your behalf.

We work on a no win, no fee basis: our service fee is confirmed to you before we book, and you only pay once we have successfully secured your earlier date. The DVSA test fee itself is separate and paid to the DVSA.

We may decline or stop providing the service if details are inaccurate, if we suspect misuse, or if we are unable to act for you.

We are not liable for DVSA system changes, test cancellations by the DVSA, or any slot being taken before booking completes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this website.
